WHAT IF?

What if you stepped out this morning smiling with every person that comes around you,  including that Neighbor That provoked you yesterday, Would you feel the burdens of past hurt?

What if you bought food for that your friend that seem to have squandered his money,  or a young lady looking hungry but can't say a word. Wouldn't you feel happy putting smiles on a hunger striken face?

What if you politely tell that young man that his emotional excitement is normal,  but his attraction to you in such perspective will destroy his aspirations, and that necessity demands he aborts that mission , wouldn't it be a lovelier way to speak common sense into the life of that infatuated fellow?

What if you stopped the cars to help that physically challenged fellow cross the road,  or even help her carry a load some miles longer,  wouldn't it leave you with a blessing from a touched heart?

What if you spent some time speaking with that student/pupil in your class,  and honestly give advice on pains and challenges he/she is passing through, wouldn't lifting such burden and helping them find rest mean something to you?

What if you picked your phone and randomly call a friend who thinks you have forgotten them, due to your busy schedule, and ask them just the  "How are you? "question, wouldn't you feel secured that you still have people that gat your back and know you care?

What if you voluntarily give yourself and time to helping someone else achieve a feat, Wouldn't you love the law of karma that will always help you find helpers when you need such too?

What if you close your eyes to the tough challenges that impedes your progress in that new idea, or new habit you want to learn, wouldn't you cherish the glamour that comes with successfully learning or achieving something novel and tough.

What if you listen to every opinion that people give about you,  and filter them on a screen of truth, and implement the most valid once, won't you be glad at how variety of spices bettered your personality?

What if you kneel down and honestly pray for that friend,  that Pastor, that 'wicked Uncle/Aunty', that family member,  that debtor,  that client and they change into people of value to your life, wouldn't it make much difference to your destiny than complaining and blackmailing them everywhere?

What if you give your life to Christ the lover of your soul today, won't you love to enjoy the satisfaction that comes with being guided every second of the day by the architect of your life?

These and many more are little little things that matters so much and gives us deep joy that we seek from great fun-fare opportunities.  If only we can chose to Make A Difference everyday of our life,  and add value to the lives of people around us, then shall we have peace and calmness that can't be controlled by our bank statement!
